    Villa Anna Maria Limited is a UK company with registered number 10892690.

    Booking and Payments

    Once your booking is confirmed a contract exists between us and all conditions become binding on us both. On receipt of your enquiry we will send a confirmation email and invoice with full information.

    A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the balance paid no later than 60 days prior to your arrival. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel the booking and your deposit will be forfeited. An administration fee of 35 GBP or euro equivalent will be charged at our discretion for late payments. We also reserve the right to add interest at the rate of 4% for each day the payment is late.

    By PayPal at no extra charge.

    Price Policy

    We reserve the right to vary prices from time to time, but guarantee there will be no increase on any confirmed booking. Information about Villa Anna Maria may be featured on other websites operated by other organisations.

    All Bookings

    All bookings include the services of our Destination Manager, who will always be available for any queries or problems, and who will also be there to meet you in the first instance, show you the villa and give you the keys.

    Maid service is provided every 2 or 3 days depending on your requirements. This will consist of making the beds, general cleaning, removal of rubbish and supplying clean linen. Additional maid services can also be arranged and paid for locally by mutual consent.

    Transfers and Travel

    Our Destination Manager can arrange all transfers and day trips if required.

    It is essential to leave your mobile phone number with us before arrival, so that we can arrange a meeting place and time to show you to your accommodation and to hand you the keys. If you have any special requests or requirements please indicate this at the time of booking. However, these requests cannot be guaranteed and any associated costs are payable locally.

    GDPR Legislation

    Under GDPR legislation Villa Anna Maria Limited guarantee that any personal data provided will be secured and processed lawfully, transparently and for the specific purpose of booking the villa only. After the booking if the data is no longer required it will be deleted securely. No details will ever be released to any third party. This applies whether the booking comes from within the EU or outside.
